Occupancy commenced in the summer of 2002 with homes priced significantly below Orange County market rates. The community is fully developed and occupied, however the Housing Authority continues to take applications for faculty or staff members who desire to reside in the community as homes become available through resale.

The CSU Fullerton Housing Authority is currently building a 42-home community in Fullerton for the CSU Fullerton faculty and staff at prices and well below current Orange County market rates. This community, University Heights is being developed and built by Valeo Companies, the same company that developed the exquisite homes at University Gables.
