2. Tour the site and models.

3. Fill out an Application to Rent and authorization to run credit.

4. After review and approved qualification, a lease is created between you and the CSUF Housing Authority.

5. Move into a wonderful community in the heart of Fullerton.

Upon a completed Lease contract, tenant will provide a cashier's check for the 1st month's rent and security deposit.
